Editorial Policy — How We Research, Check and Correct Every Page

Most cricket ID sites are written by nobody in particular. This page says who writes ours, what we check before we publish, what we refuse to publish, and how you get a mistake fixed.

Who writes these pages

Every page on onlinecricketid.org.in is written and maintained by the OnlineCricketID Research Desk: the same handful of people who issue cricket IDs on WhatsApp, chase stuck deposits at midnight and read exchange rules pages for a living. We have run the desk since 2023 and have issued more than 20,000 IDs in that time. We do not use agencies, guest contributors or paid placements. No exchange has ever paid for a page, a ranking in a list, or a softer drawbacks section, and none ever will.

What we check before a platform page goes live

  1. A live test ID. We hold a working login on every exchange we list and use it before writing. If we cannot get an ID ourselves, the platform does not get a page.
  2. Minimums and payouts, from the source. Deposit floors, withdrawal floors and settlement times come from the panel's own rules page and from our desk logs, not from other websites. Where our own terms differ from the panel's (for example our ₹100 minimum), we say which number is which.
  3. Bonus fine print. If a platform advertises a bonus, we read the turnover and expiry terms and quote them. We do not repeat a headline figure without its catch.
  4. Clone and domain checks. We note the official domain pattern and the common fake variants, because cloned login pages are the most frequent way players lose money.
  5. A drawbacks section. Every platform page has one. If a page reads like an advert, it is not finished.

What we will not publish

  • Guaranteed-win claims, "fixed match" tips or any suggestion that betting is a reliable income.
  • Instructions aimed at anyone under 18, or at players in states where online betting is restricted.
  • Invented testimonials, fabricated review counts or star ratings we did not collect.
  • APK download links. Every exchange we issue runs in a normal mobile browser.

How dates work on this site

Guides and platform pages carry a Last reviewed date. That date changes only when a person has re-read the page and either confirmed it or corrected it. We do not bump dates to look fresh. Platform pages are on a monthly review cycle; guides are reviewed when something in the market actually changes, such as the 2025 Online Gaming Act, a payment-rail outage or a new tournament calendar.

Corrections

If a number, a rule or a date on any page is wrong, tell us through the official WhatsApp button and include the page address. Factual corrections ship within one working day. Where a correction changes advice we gave, we say so on the page rather than silently rewriting it.

Legality, risk and the 18+ rule

Online exchange betting sits in a layered legal position in India that varies by state and keeps evolving. We write for adults who have checked their own state's position, and we never issue an ID to anyone who tells us they are under 18. Every page carries a risk note because it is true: most players lose over time, and the only sensible stake is one you can afford to lose. Our responsible gaming page explains limits, cooling-off and where to get help.

How we make money

We earn a share of exchange commission on the activity of IDs we issue. We do not earn from your losses specifically, and we do not get paid by platforms to be listed. The about page explains the model in more detail, and the anti-fraud policy lists what a genuine desk will never ask you for.

FAQ

Editorial questions

The OnlineCricketID Research Desk — the same small team that issues IDs and answers the WhatsApp line. Nothing is outsourced to content agencies, and no exchange pays for a page or a position in a list.

Platform pages are re-checked monthly against the exchange's own rules page; guides are reviewed when the market changes (a new Act, a format change, a payment-rail outage). The "Last reviewed" date on each page is real and changes only when a human has re-read the page.

Message the official WhatsApp button on this site with the page URL and the line that is wrong. Factual fixes ship within one working day, and the review date on that page updates.
